The car as we recived it. The car looked to be in good condition except for a few blemishes.	The boot lid had a small amout of damage on it and some rust was seen creeping thru the drivers side rear quater panel.

The interior was in tidy condition and the soft top in good condition,a 4 speed gear box had been fitted.	The panels were to be sand blasted but as the car was not to be stripped all the way down to a bare shell it was decided to paint strip the exterior.
The areas around the tail lamps and other openings are done manually after to stop stripper getting into seams inside the body.	After all the paint is removed the stripper is washed off with rags and the body scrubbed with solvent to remove any last speckles of paint.
